"I have been taking photographs for many years and studied Textile Design and Photography at Exeter College of Art and Somerset College of Arts and Technology in Taunton. I was born and grew up in Cornwall but have lived in Somerset for many years.

"I bought my first DSLR about 2 years ago and completed a Diploma in Photography with the Photography Institute in London. My work is heavily influenced by my Textile Design background, I love the English countryside and also travelling to warmer places always with my camera to hand!

"I won 'Photo of the Week' with Calumet Photographic in October 2010 and i am a member of the Royal Photographic Society."
