Paul Williams
Paul Williams specialises in painting with oils. Using energetic preliminary sketches in charcoal or inks, undertaken outdoors on the spot, he returns to his studio to meticulously transform the sketch into a richly elaborate artwork.
Paul usually paints to commission but has been exhibiting his work locally in group exhibitions and one-man shows at numerous Cornish galleries.
